Return & Refund Policy
At My Pretty Deals, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns & Exchanges
- Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (especially for guitar strings and sealed components).
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal/Credit Card) within a few business days.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged musical accessory, please contact us immediately at our support email with photos of the product. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund right away.
